Update from Administrator – June 27, 2022

Good morning,

I am writing to notify you that we had 1 resident on Star unit test positive for COVID-19.  This resident currently does not have a roommate. With limited exposure to other residents.  Residents and employees that were exposed are negative.    The residents and staff will continue to be monitored and tested, per CDC and DPH guidance

We will continue to follow CDC and DPH guidance.

CT’s 7-day Rolling COVID-19 positivity rate is to 8.41% as of Friday 6.24.22.

At this time, the facility remains open for visitation. For the safety of the residents, we encourage you not to visit if you have been exposed or are not feeling well.

We appreciate your continued patience and understanding at this time.
