Update from Administrator – July 26, 2021
I want to thank you all for being patient with us here at Sheriden Woods while we work through this most recent COVID outbreak. At this time, we continue to have only the one employee positive case that we notified you about last week. Our first round of testing all residents and staff is complete and there were no additional positive tests. Later this week, all residents and staff will be tested again. The affected unit is Brookview South, which remains closed and on precautions at this time. Due to the proximity of Brookview North and out of an abundance of caution we have decided to cancel the picnic gathering for this Wednesday afternoon. The dining room remains closed for these two units.
Just as a reminder if you are visiting your loved one on one of our open units, you must sign in at the front desk, complete the COVID screening and wear a mask at all times while in the facility regardless of vaccination status.
