Dear Families,

Good afternoon, I am writing to notify you that we had medical vendor test positive for COVID-19 today.  We are contact tracing and tested the residents that had close contact with this individual, all of which were negative.  We will test those residents again next week.   We continue to follow CDC and DPH guidance.

The facility remains open for visitation. For the safety of the residents please do not visit if you have been exposed or are not feeling well.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
