Dear Families,

Good afternoon, I am writing to notify you that we had a resident on Brookview North  test positive for COVID-19 and we had a resident from Brookview South test positive for COVID-19 while in the hospital.  We are contact tracing and tested the individuals that had close contact with these residents all of which were negative.    We will continue to follow CDC and DPH guidance.

The facility remains open for visitation. For the safety of the residents please do not visit if you have been exposed or are not feeling well.

Effective last Saturday, January 22, we began testing all nonvaccinated visitors as directed in Governor Ned Lamont’s Executive Order No. 14F.

Please remember to  bring a photo copy or your vaccination card, if applicable when you visit.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
