Dear Families,

Good afternoon, I am writing to notify you that we had one medical vendor who had a slight headache so out of an abundance of caution we tested for COVID-19, and the results came back positive. This person was in the center today on Brookview unit.   Based off of the pattern of this positive case, we are contact tracing and we tested the residents on Brookview (who were not already being tested) and staff who may have had prolonged exposure.  All of these residents were test today and are negative. During the staff testing we identified an additional medical vendor who is asymptotic as they tested positive for COVID.

The facility remains open for visitation.

For the safety of the residents please do not visit if you have been exposed or are not feeling well.
