Dear Families,

Good afternoon, I am writing to notify you that we had a resident on Brookview unit test positive for COVID-19 today, which was identified during our outbreak screening.

All other residents were tested today, which were negative. All staff members tested were negative for this week.  We will continue to test all residents and staff again next week.

The facility remains open for visitation.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
