Update from Administrator – August 31, 2021
Good afternoon, I am writing to notify you that in the past 24 hours, 4 additional cases of COVID-19 have been detected. Two cases were residents and 2 cases were employees. The resident cases are on Whispering Pines and that unit will be closed for visitation until further notice. At this time, the Sherwood unit remains closed for visitation; however, there were no new cases on the Sherwood unit today. The Star unit will reopen for visitation tomorrow because there has been no new cases for 14 days on the Star unit. Brookview North and Brookview South remain open to visitation at this time.
