Update from Administrator – February 9, 2022

Dear Families,

Good afternoon, I am writing to notify you that we had one employee test positive for COVID-19.   This person did not work during their potential exposure time so not additional testing is required at this time. We will continue to follow CDC and DPH guidance.  CT State positivity rate drops below 5 percent, 4.77% yesterday.

The facility remains open for visitation. For the safety of the residents please do not visit if you have been exposed or are not feeling well.

Effective Saturday, January 22, we began testing all nonvaccinated visitors as directed in Governor Ned Lamont’s Executive Order No. 14F.

Please remember to bring a photocopy or your vaccination card, if applicable when you visit.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

Recreation department is looking for gently used magazines and catalogs for projects with the residents.  If you have some that you would like to donate, please drop them off when you next visit at the receptionist desk.
