Dear Families,

Good afternoon, I am writing to notify you that we had three staff members test positive for COVID-19.   One of the staff members worked on Sherwood, one did not work during the contagious period and the other staff member doesn’t have prolonged exposure with residents.  Based off of the pattern of the positive cases, we are contact tracing and will now be testing residents on Sherwood and staff who had prolonged exposure.  All of these residents were test today and are negative.

The facility remains open for visitation.

For the safety of the residents please do not visit if you have been exposed or are not feeling well.

We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
