Dear Families,

Good afternoon, I am writing to notify you that we had a resident on unit test positive for COVID-19 and 2 staff members.   One of the staff members has not worked since 12.19, and the other staff member doesn’t have prolonged exposure with residents.  Based off of the pattern of the positive cases, we are contact tracing and will be testing those residents and staff who had prolonged exposure.  All of those residents were test today and are negative.

The facility remains open for visitation.
