Update from Administrator – September 16, 2021

Good afternoon, I am writing to notify you that in the past 24 hours, we had 1 employee test positive for COVID-19.  This employee recently traveled out of state and upon her return worked only one day in the facility, she had little to no contact with our residents.   During our contact tracing, we have determined that no residents were exposed and therefore, no residents or units will be subject to quarantine.  The facility remains open to visitors at this time.
